Type of Cutters
According to strata condition, TOSI is the world market leader in manufacture reverse circulation drilling (RCD) Roller Cutters. Provided different types and sizes of Tooth Cutter and TCI Button Cutter.
TOSI's RCD cutters feature an internal pressure compensating device to protect the seal from excessive lubrication pressure and heat. And a preloaded bearing provides maximum shock resistance.
Tooth Cutter
It was designed and used for drilling soft soil and soft rock layer (0~75MPa)
TCI Button Cutter
It was designed and used for drilling hard rock layer (80~250MPa)
12"
Our 12" cutters are used for bore holes larger than 1358 mm (54 in). The heavy-duty axle is fitted with combined axial-radial bearings and allows for a thrust force of up to 140KN (31500 lbf) per cutter. The axle square ensures stable and safe positioning of the cutter even in extreme drilling conditions.
8"
Our 8" cutters cover the medium drilling range from 750 mm to 1400 mm (30 in to 54 in). Similar to the 12" cutters, the 8" cutters feature a heavy-duty, pressure compensated. A load of up to 80N (18000lbf) per cutter is possible.
Harden RCD Cutter
TOSI R&D team cost over 2 years to research these Harden RCD roller cutters. The biggest difference is harder than traditional RCD roller cutters. They improve the products wear resistance and using time greatly extended (Increased about 20% working life).
Before mass production, R&D team have pay more attention on text them. Now these harder RCD Roller Cutters are large use in milling, rock excavation, tunneling, demolition, recycling and road rehabilitation.

Saddle-Holder
10° Saddle-Holder can be set to center part of drilling bit, which makes it possible for a cutter to keep the contacting face of rock horizontal. On the bottom of the saddle, a specially designed groove for location fixing facilitates the change of the saddle on site. In addition it features outstanding wear-resistance due to heat treatment in a contact part.
45° Saddle-Holder is feasible for setting to the edge of drilling bit.
