TOSI’s engineers have been striving to develop the most advanced raiseboring cutters. Our raiseboring cutters are usually worked in hard ground for vertical or inclined drilling. They have reasonable structure, good effect in rock breaking, strong wear-resisting, high pressure resistance. Their characteristics as followed:
1. Housing and shaft are forged with high-grade alloy steel and are fully heat treatment.
2. The Model program and 3 Dimensions Coordinate Measuring Machine are used for each parts (housing, shaft, front/rear cover, bearing, etc.) to ensure quality of products.
3. Due to the diversified and complex geological conditions, the cutters need to afford huge pressure. For this reason, TOSI engineers have optimization bearing and cat seal to improve the ability of closeness, prevent oil leakage and foreign matter intrusion, and then extend the lifetime of raiseboring cutters.
4. For selection tungsten carbides, it is based on the customers’ work geological characteristics. Different grades and shape are used in different raiseboring cutters to increase penetration and increase their lifetime.
After the production of raiseboring cutters, our professional quality inspectors must test them from final torque pressure test, air pressure test and oil leakage test, to ensure that every products are 100% qualified.
