TOSI was established in 2002, based in Chengdu City, China. With 16 years of combined experience in design, manufacturing series roller cutters to become a professional manufacturer. The raw materials of TOSI’s roller cutters, are used high-quality alloy steel material. Bearing, metal seal rings and other accessories are all purchased from the best products in the industry. According to different drilling conditions to supply different high quality tungsten carbides.

TOSI’s engineers adopt advanced methods such as AutoCAD and Siemens NX，CATIA system (3D modeling system) makes design and produce products. Strived to achieve high quality of individual components. At the same time strictly control quality in accordance with ISO9001 standards, to ensure that all factory-made roller cutters reach full excellent quality.
